Travelers and travel advisors can now book MSC Cruises’ 2026 world cruise.
Offered aboard the MSC Magnifica, the 119-day around-the-world cruise will stop at 47 destinations in 32 countries. Travelers who join the four-month voyage will sail 36,000 total nautical miles and cross the equator twice.
The ship departs in early January from four European ports: Civitavecchia and Genoa, Italy; Marseille, France; and Barcelona, Spain. From there, it will sail across the Atlantic toward Central America, making stops in places like Corinto, Nicaragua, and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
After venturing north to San Francisco, MSC Magnifica will head west to Honolulu and continue on through the waters of the South Pacific. In this part of the world, travelers can explore ports like Auckland, Sydney and Cairns before sailing north to Asia.
Cruisers will next visit Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore before continuing onward to the Middle East. MSC Magnifica’s journey will conclude in May in Greece.
The cruise fare includes 15 shore excursions, a food and beverage package and a 30 percent discount on laundry. Members of the MSC Voyager Club with classic level status or higher will also get a 5 percent discount, plus triple the membership points for the voyage.
MSC Magnifica, which is also hosting the line’s 2025 world cruise, can accommodate up to 3,223 passengers. Guests can take advantage of 12 bars and five restaurants, as well as a 1,200-seat theater, a spa and an open-air pool complex. The ship also has a gym and a tennis club.
For travelers who can’t spend that much time away from home, MSC also has shorter cruises—including new summer 2024 itineraries visiting the eastern and western Mediterranean, the Norwegian Fjords, Iceland, Greenland and the Caribbean.
