For the first time ever, Disneyland Resort has just released the dates for next year’s major special, limited-time and seasonal events all at once! This unprecedented announcement gives park-goers the opportunity to mark their calendars and plan their visits well ahead of time, since guests are now able to book their theme park reservations up to 180 days in advance, thanks to an expanded reservation calendar.
While the premier highlight of Disneyland Resort’s 2024 calendar looks to be the resort-wide Pixar Fest celebration, set to kick off in spring and run through summer, more than 300 days of the year will see theme park guests enjoying various unique festivities and limited-time offerings, so there’s something special for everyone to get excited about literally all year long!
'Pixar Fest' Pageantry
A fan-favorite celebration of friendship and family, Pixar Fest returns next year from April 26 through August 4, featuring everything from colorful décor and special entertainment to themed menu items and commemorative merchandise. Guests may also encounter new characters, such as Ember and Wade from “Elemental,” Red Panda Mei from “Turning Red” and more.
Heartwarming exclusive entertainment, including an all-new daytime parade, titled "Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!", debuting at Disney California Adventure Park, will feature beloved characters and elements from Pixar stories. Over at Disneyland Park, a while the emotional after-dark show, "Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular", will return with some brand-new scenes.

Separately Ticketed After-Hours Events
Guests can also immerse themselves in the magic beyond regular park hours by attending one of Disney's separately ticketed after-hours. These specially-themed happenings supply a unique blend of attractions access, including pre-party park mix-ins and reduced wait times for select rides, plus the added perk of unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital photo downloads during the event.
Disneyland After Dark (select nights from January through June): Embark on a magical journey with the ‘Disneyland After Dark’ series, occurring on select nights from January through June. Disneyland park will be the enchanting backdrop for four distinct soirées, featuring exclusive entertainment, rare character encounters, and delectable menus of both sweet treats and savory snacks. Details of the ‘Disneyland After Dark’ themes and events for 2024 will be released soon.
Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party (Returning in 2024): 2024 will see the spooktacular return of the ‘Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party’ at Disney California Adventure park. This family-friendly Halloween festivity invites guests to enjoy exclusive treat trails, encounter rare characters and enjoy unique entertainment. The special event also offers attendees the chance to don their favorite Halloween costumes, adding an extra layer of fun and creativity to the celebration.

Disneyland Resort’s Special Ticket Offers
To make the magic more accessible, Disneyland Resort offers a variety of ticket options and special deals. Notably, a limited-time kids' ticket offer will enable guests to get admission passes for children ages three through nine for as low as $50 apiece. This offer is valid for entry between January 8 and March 10, 2024, with no blackout dates, but subject to park reservation availability.
Then, there’s a special three-day ticket offer for Southern California residents grant eligible guests three-day, one-park entry to Disneyland park or Disney California Adventure Park for as little as $75 per day. These tickets, a fantastic value, go on sale December 5, 2023, and are valid for visits on select days from January 2 through June 2, 2024, subject to availability of park reservations.
